
A Little Bit About Me
Hi, Im Coach Kate,
I have been helping clients with their fitness since 2016. In 2018 I teamed up with my best friend Tommy and together we created TK Fitness, a gym for all people of all ages to get fit and have fun while doing so.
As a fully qualified and accredited Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, I believe in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives, I am here to empower you to ditch the food rules, drop the fad diets, achieve and maintain your goals that fit around your busy life.
There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit & healthy should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
The gym has been such a big part of my life helping me get through a lot of challenges, I want to be here to do the same for you and help you build a strong body and mind.
